What is an Advanced Mantra?

If you have been meditating for 12 months (or more) with your current mantra, you may be eligible for an Advanced Mantra. This is optional for anyone wishing to progress their meditation practice after meditating consistently for a length of time. For example, if it feels like you don’t go as deep in meditation anymore, you may be ready for your Advanced Mantra.

  • Firstly, meditation takes away stress and fatigue which eats life up. Secondly, you will become more productive and efficient, you will require less sleep and have more energy to get things done. Thirdly, the benefits of meditation can be addictive and many people look forward to meditating, so you may even find yourself prioritising it over things like………Facebook and instagram!

  • Vedic meditation has been around for over 5000 years and pre-dates all other forms of meditation. We use a mantra (a sound) to settle the mind. The mantra is transcendental, meaning it will help the mind to move beyond thinking and settle deeply. There is no need to focus or visualise and it’s effortless, unlike many techniques that require some effort to practice.

  • No. We gently repeat the Mantra (silently) inside the mind. You will receive your own personal Mantra when you learn Vedic meditation.

  • No, we recommend sitting comfortably in a chair.

  • Vedic meditation delivers immediate benefits to the mind and body. You will be instructed in person, over 2 days, and equipped with a powerful skill that you can practise every day for the rest of your life.

If you were to attend a $10 drop in class every day for a year, it would cost $3650 per year, so the one off investment of $980 for life is very reasonable.

This includes ongoing support with your practice if you need it. And you may re-sit the course any time again for free.

If you have any financial concerns I’m more than happy to discuss options with you.

  • Apps can be a good entry point into meditation. However meditating with technology has it’s limitations and most people seek a deeper experience eventually. Learning Vedic meditation provides a depth of experience that simply cannot be matched by technology.

  • Yes, children from 10 years can learn. However if the child is under 15 years at least one parent must already be a vedic meditator. It is important to de-stress the parent first. It also means the parent can enable appropriate support and encouragement for the child.
