If it feels like you don’t go as deep in meditation as you once did, you may be needing one. Contact Jo if you would like to explore this.

  • Vedic meditation has been around for over 5000 years and pre-dates all other forms of meditation. We use a mantra (a sound) to settle the mind. The mantra is transcendental, meaning it will help the mind to move beyond thinking and settle deeply. There is no need to focus or visualise and it’s effortless, unlike many techniques that require some effort to practice.

  • No. We gently repeat the Mantra (silently) inside the mind. You will receive your own personal Mantra when you learn Vedic meditation.

If you were to attend a $10 drop in class every day for a year, it would cost $3650 per year, so the one off investment of $980 for life is very reasonable.
