Your truth unlocks organically when you don’t self-abandon. When you don’t self-abandon, you are practising self-love. When you practise self-love, you begin to feel worthy.
And worthiness is the frequency that calls in everything.

Because manifesting a great life is about how much you love yourself.
Plenty of people get the life they want, simply because they believe they are worthy of it.
You too, are worthy of everything you want. If you don’t have it yet, perhaps your nervous system doesn’t know how to hold it? Perhaps you don’t love yourself enough to receive it, and the universe is reflecting that back to you.
If so, it’s not your fault.
As children we learn that loving ourselves or being overly confident is risky. We had to shame ourselves to stay relevant, and over time got stuck in a trance of unworthiness.
Caught in that loop of shame: staying small, pleasing others, feeling guilty, worrying, addicting, obsessing and more.
As kids we abandon our true selves. But abandoned-selves don’t stay quiet. They rise up in our adult life. Our daily triggers. They attract chaos. Surfacing in relationships, that cause us to resent or react in ways we wish we didn’t.
Now it’s time to piece yourself back together.
To move forward with more self-love, confidence and clarity. Have clearer boundaries, and discover deeper and more meaningful connections with people who see you and inspire you.
