Using a two-stage breathing pattern, this work gently shifts your nervous system, opens access to deeper emotional layers, and creates space for insight, clarity, and healing to unfold naturally. The breath becomes the bridge between mind and body, helping you meet what’s been held beneath the surface with presence and compassion.
