The world is responding to how much you love yourself.
Did you know everything manifesting in your life is a reflection of your own self-worth? This is great news, even if you’re out there manifesting chaos like a full time job, because self-worth is a muscle you can strengthen.
Build that muscle, and watch the chaos dissolve and your desires take form.
Here’s how it works: Life is going to take you through the darkest of pain and the lightest of joy. You will need a compass, and the only good compass is your truth.
Your truth unlocks organically when you don’t self-abandon. And when you don’t self-abandon, you are practising self-love. And when you practise self-love, you begin to feel worthy.
And worthiness is the frequency that calls in everything.

Manifesting isn’t about visualising. It’s about how much you dig yourself.
There are people with half your heart, and twice your ego, out there living your dream life. Why? Because confidence manifests faster than kindness. Plenty of people get what they want, simply because they believe they deserve it.
You are loveable and worthy of everything you want. If you don’t have what you want, it’s not because you don’t deserve it. It’s because your nervous system can’t hold it. You don’t love yourself enough to receive it. And the universe is reflecting that back to you.
It’s not your fault. You don’t love yourself because as a child that was risky. You had to reject parts of yourself before anyone else could. You shamed yourself in order to stay relevant to the people around you.
As an adult, you’re now stuck in the loop of shame; pleasing, numbing, avoiding, addicting, lusting, worrying, procrastinating, guilting yourself, and more.
Again, not your fault - heartbreak, tragedy, ancestral trauma and social conditioning have all played a role. You just got caught in a trance of unworthiness. We all did.
Over time, you found a thousand ways to escape the pain of your abandoned self. But abandoned selves don’t stay quiet. They rise up daily — in your triggers, relationships and unmet needs. They surface in the moments when you’re feeling most unworthy, begging to be seen and heard.
And that’s why you’re here. Slowly piecing yourself back together. Shedding old stories and discovering what feels right, with the realisation that most things aren’t worth the fight you once gave them.
You’re looking for deeper connections. Less drama and more peace. Stronger values and boundaries, and true enjoyment of your own company. More sex and intimacy too, without the pain and shame that goes with it.
For most of us, these are the goals. Before we die. Shall we begin?
Working with me
Do you have feelings of guilt, fear or shame living inside you? That’s trauma — locked in the memory of your cells. Most of our mental health issues are simply chronic self-loathing, sold back to us as psychological disorders.
But your issues are deep in your tissues. It’s not your mind that needs help, it’s your body. When the body finds safety, the mind finds peace.
My work is about letting the heaviness go. Deepening into who you truly are and what you really need. Because no matter how much inner work you do, you’ll never truly transform while feelings of unworthiness linger in your system.
Here’s how we begin to shift things;
Vedic Meditation - we restore safety to your nervous system, dissolve decades of stress and build a foundation of inner calm.
Self Love and Relationship Coaching - we feel emotions, process trauma, break old patterns and try self-love on for size.
Retreats and Events - we amplify these practices in a way that sticks, with rounding, breathwork, retreats and people who become soul friends for life.
All my offerings are designed to move the pain out of your heart and help you reclaim your self-worth, so you can begin to rewrite your story.
If you’re not sure where to start - start with with Vedic Meditation. This practice helps you gently meet your mess, without even having to talk about it! It’s a simple practice that lays the foundation for deeper work. Vedic Meditation is like watering your roots, before growing all your branches.
