Everything manifesting in your life is a reflection of your own self-worth. This is great news, even if you’re out there manifesting chaos. Because self-worth is a muscle you can strengthen.
Meanwhile - life will take you to the far corners of the universe. Through the darkest of pain and the lightest of joy. You need a compass, and the only good compass is your truth.
Truth unlocks organically when you don’t self-abandon. And when you don’t self-abandon, you are practising self-love. When you practise self-love, you begin to feel worthy.
And worthiness is the frequency that calls in everything.

Best believe, you are loveable and worthy of everything you desire. Right now you don’t have what you want, because your nervous system can’t hold it. You don’t love yourself enough to receive it. And the universe is reflecting that back to you.
As a child you learned that loving yourself was risky, so you rejected parts of yourself before anyone else could. You shamed yourself in order to stay relevant. Now as an adult, you’re stuck in the loop of shame — pleasing, avoiding, numbing, sedating, addicting, lusting, worrying, procrastinating, guilting yourself and more. It’s not your fault, this runs deep - tragic circumstances, personal heartbreaks, generational trauma and cultural conditioning have all played a role. You just got caught in a trance of unworthiness. We all did
Over time you found a thousand ways to escape the pain of your abandoned self. But abandoned selves don’t stay quiet. They rise up daily — in your triggers, relationships and unmet needs. They surface in the moments when you are feeling most unworthy, begging to be seen and heard.
And that’s why you’re here. Slowly piecing yourself back together. Shedding old stories and discovering what feels right, with the realisation that most things aren’t worth the fight you once gave them. You’re looking for deeper connections. Less drama, fewer people and more peace. To sit in silence without needing to fill it. Stronger boundaries and enjoyment of your own company. More sex, love and intimacy too, without the shame and conditioning that goes with it.

Working With Me
First, we acknowledge that we all carry trauma. Feelings of guilt, fear or shame living inside you? That’s trauma — locked in the memory of your cells. Most of our mental health issues are simply chronic self-loathing or feelings of unworthiness, sold back to us as psychological disorders. But your issues are deep in your tissues. It’s not your mind that needs help, it’s your body. When the body finds safety, the mind finds peace.
My work is about letting the heaviness go. Deepening into who you truly are and what you really need. Because no matter how much inner work you do, you’ll never truly transform if feelings of unworthiness linger in your system. Here’s how we begin to shift things;

With Retreats and Events we amplify these practices in a way that sticks, with deep immersions such as rounding, breathwork, expansive retreats and loving group containers.
