Your trauma exists on a spectrum—it can be big or small. As big as abuse or major loss, or as small as moments where you’ve felt unseen or misunderstood. Either way, big and small trauma both wreak havoc on your system over time.
The first step towards healing is simply being heard. It’s important to express what’s bottled up. Whether it’s anger, frustration, resentment, sadness, fear, shame, guilt or confusion, I can hold it for you.
A Trauma Dump Call is about you being witnessed without judgment, perhaps for the first time in your life, and making sense of what’s weighing you down. Together we’ll untangle what’s underneath, and talk about ways to move you forward.
The invitation is to trust that there is nothing your inner gremlins could say that will shock or repel me. I’ve heard it all, held it all, and lived through my own depths of pain and shame too. I know what it feels like to carry things that feel too heavy to name.
So whatever you bring to the call, I will meet you there — with love, compassion, and the reassurance that you are not alone. You don’t have to keep hauling all this stuff around. Let’s unpack a few things, and go from there.
